2024 Independent Sponsor Deal Survey – Summary and Analysis
McGuireWoods is pleased to share the results of its 2024 Independent Sponsor Deal Survey, offering a comprehensive analysis of prevailing trends in independent sponsor-led transactions. Based on the results of more than 300 responses covering transactions that were closed in 2021, 2022 and 2023, this survey is the largest and most robust study of its kind. Through market fluctuations, independent sponsors have continued to raise capital and close transactions and have become a growing force within the private equity industry.
