Capital Providers

Investors whose primary role is the deployment of debt or equity capital into independent sponsor transactions are eligible to attend. Firms principally engaged in providing advisory or transactional services, including investment banking, sale-leaseback financing, accounting, financial advisory or similar services are not eligible to attend, even if the firm has an ancillary investment function.

Attendance is reserved exclusively for independent sponsors and capital providers actively investing in independent sponsor-backed transactions. Investment banks, search funds, consultants, placement agents and other service providers are not eligible to attend.
Cancelation Policy
ISC registrations may be canceled for a full refund up until the speed-networking application goes live. Once the meeting scheduling platform is opened, all registrations become non-refundable.
